These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any reservation made through it for properties operated by JAG Stays ("JAG Stays," "we," "us," "our"). By browsing this site or completing a booking, you ("Guest," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or complete a reservation.

1. Eligibility

The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and will be the primary occupant responsible for the stay. Reservations made under false identity or age are subject to cancellation without refund.

2. Bookings and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is due prior to check-out. We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes and fees will be itemized before you complete your booking. A confirmed reservation constitutes a binding agreement between you and JAG Stays.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.

50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before check-in.

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, or in the case of a no-show.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@jagstays.com. Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. JAG Stays reserves the right to cancel a reservation prior to check-in due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, safety issues, etc.), in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Severe Weather / Force Majeure

In the event of a hurricane warning, mandatory evacuation order, or other event beyond our control affecting the property's area, JAG Stays will [specify policy — e.g., "offer rebooking or a credit for a future stay"]. We recommend guests consider third-party travel insurance.

5. Security and Card on File

No security deposit or damage waiver fee is charged at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card will be kept on file for the duration of your stay, and JAG Stays reserves the right to charge this card for verified damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of these Terms discovered during or after your stay. Property condition may be documented via photos before and after each stay.

6. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in (as early as 2:00 PM) and late check-out (as late as 12:00 PM) are available for a $20 fee each, subject to availability. Self-check-in instructions (if applicable) will be provided prior to arrival.

7. Occupancy and House Rules

The property may not be occupied by more guests than the maximum stated in the listing. No pets are permitted on the property under any circumstances. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors; violations will result in a cleaning/deodorizing charge to the card on file. Parties, events, and gatherings beyond registered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

8. Compliance with Local Law

Guests must comply with all applicable short-term rental regulations, noise ordinances, and occupancy limits in effect in the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of Wilton Manors. JAG Stays operates in accordance with local short-term rental licensing requirements, and guests agree to conduct themselves in a manner that does not violate these regulations or disturb neighboring residents.

9. Right of Entry

JAG Stays or its representatives may enter the property with reasonable notice for maintenance, inspection, or emergency purposes.

10. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Guests use the property, including any pool, hot tub, dock, or other amenities, at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, JAG Stays is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the property, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including death, personal injury, or liability caused by our negligence or willful misconduct). Guest agrees to indemnify JAG Stays against claims arising from the Guest's own negligence, violation of these Terms, or violation of law during the stay.

11. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing descriptions, availability, and pricing on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times. In the event of a listing error affecting your reservation, we will notify you and offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, JAG Stays owns or licenses all intellectual property on this website. You may view and use this content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish, resell, reproduce, or redistribute material from this site without written permission.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a reservation shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

JAG Stays may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or a new booking after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version in effect at the time of your reservation governs that stay.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
